Kookoo Koils Hair Solutions, LLC ships items via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For domestic US orders the total estimated delivery time is 6-10 days. We ask for customers to allow 1-2 days for the order to be received and processed. We ask for another 2-3 days for the manufacturing of the items. Items are shipped after the completion of those processes and customers can expect to receive their package within 3-5 days after it leaves our location. If you have not received your order within 10 days of ordering please email us at the address on your confirmation email. Prices of domestic US orders are based on weight and vary according to size. The delivery fee is generated after the shipping information is entered and submitted.
The shipping times and costs for international orders vary per country and package weight. We still ask that customers wait 1-2 days for the order to be received/processed and another 2-3 days for the manufacturing of the items. Using the carrier of your choice, returns or exchanges can be made up to 14 days after delivery of your purchase. If you wish to return items past the 14 day timeframe, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
All transactions on sale items are final. Sale items and items on clearance cannot be returned. Sale and clearance items are ineligible for refund or exchange.
Items that are not purchased from kookookoils.com cannot be refunded or exchanged.
"BOGO" or "Buy One Get One Free" items are ineligible for refunds and exchanges.
Damaged items are ineligible for return and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Items that are not returned with their original packaging are ineligible for return and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as you received it in order for refunds or exchanges to be honored.
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.
Once your return is received and meets our condition criteria, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days. If your refund has not been processed within that timeframe, please contact us to resolve the issue.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING ON RETURNS.
We process cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase.
If you contact us after 24 hours and your order has not been shipped, 5% of the order total will be charged as a transaction fee.
WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED OUT. See return policy if you still do not want the item(s) once received.
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We require you to email us a photo of the incorrect item to verify its receipt. Send the picture to the email address that is printed on your invoice. Once we confirm the error, we will email you a prepaid return label.
We will ship out the correct item once we verify that you have mailed the incorrect item back to us.
If you prefer a refund, we will issue one once we receive the incorrect item and it passes inspection.
If you ship the item and we don’t receive it within the designated timeframe provided by the carrier, please contact us at the email address on your invoice.
